Ultimate Dragon Challenge Fundraiser

The Ultimate Dragon Challenge is back! This student-centered fundraising event raises critical funds to support PTO activities such as Classroom Supply Grants, Teacher/Staff Appreciation, Author Visits, Science Solstice, DASA, and more. Our goal this year is to raise $20,000.
What is the Ultimate Dragon Challenge?
On Wednesday, October 15 during the school day (so everyone can participate), students complete a fun obstacle course designed by Viking Sports. Students loved last year’s UDC; we heard from many who felt it was a terrific class-building activity and schoolwide event.
How does the fundraising part work?
In the lead-up to this event, students collect donations (via PledgeStar) from family, friends, neighbors, and/or local businesses to support their efforts. (If you’ve ever participated in a charitable walk/run and asked friends for donations, it's similar to that.)
Every student participates in the UDC, even if they choose not to register or get pledges.

Incentives
If we reach our fundraising goal, there will be a schoolwide reward specially provided by Viking. For the class with the most participation AND any class that raises over $2,000, there will be a special bounce house recess in the spring.
